“Sometimes, the work means practicing change; performance, then, becomes a rehearsal for life.”
We build people’s capacity to imagine futures, tell stories that matter and cultivate the trust required to build strong, resilient communities.
Rehearsal for Life LLC helps communities imagine what is possible and rehearse the futures they seek. We use arts-based, community-led practices to build creative capacity, deepen dialogue, and support transformational outcomes across organizations and neighborhoods. Through facilitation, training, and participatory programming, we currently focus our work on education (K-12 & Higher Ed), environmental justice, conflict management, health and wellness within the corporate, civic and nonprofit sectors.

Facilitation, Training & Process Design
RfLC partners with organizations to strengthen how people meet, learn, and imagine together. Through facilitation, training, and consulting, we help teams build trust, engage challenging conversations, and design processes that align with shared values. Our approach blends arts-based engagement, embodied practice, and practical, emergent strategies. These tools help partners expand what’s possible and take meaningful steps toward their goals—while infusing the work with connection, joy, and celebration.

Sister Neighborhood Arts Project
SNAP! partners with neighborhoods to spark dialogue, strengthen relationships, and turn community stories into creative action. Through workshops, events, and civic arts projects, we help residents explore local priorities—from safety and youth engagement to placemaking and belonging. Every project builds trust, lifts community voices, and leaves lasting skills with the people who live there.

Theatre Action Group (TAG!)
Theatre Action Group (TAG) is a collective of artist-educators, activists, and community organizers using participatory theater to spark dialogue on racism, intersectionality, and belonging. TAG brings diverse audiences together to explore differences, celebrate shared humanity, and learn through creative facilitation and storytelling. Our work fosters personal transformation, social action, and the courageous conversations communities need today.
“Local artists of many different disciplines, where you are, have process skills and experience that make them powerful contributors to the work of building healthy and equitable communities.”
